When it comes to getting healthy skin, diet and what you put INTO your body is vastly overlooked.

I don’t know. The answer depends on your individual genetics and how your unique body works. I prefer using the mirror instead of the scale to determine my fitness stats and I very much liked what I saw in the mirror. Most of the weight went straight to my lower body.
When should I stop taking maca?
I’d say six weeks is an excellent period to allow the maca to take effect so you can see for yourself what it does for your body. I stopped after six weeks because I was very satisfied with my skin and body results and felt that I could give it a break.
Things to Remember:
Like anything else to work, you have to take it consistently – as in each and every single day – until you get results. No skipping days! The recommended dosage is 3x500mg capsules twice a day with meals. It’s simple enough to establish a regular routine.
